WE HAVE A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT. You've heard the buzz, you've seen the flyers, and now we are very proud to announce...

Registration is open for CommonWheels24 (Training Wheels Edition). What is CommonWheels24? CW24 is a 12-hour community bike ride and fundraiser. CommonWheels is looking to expand its programming next year and we wanted to do this in the coolest way possible, by using the bicycle to create a unique experience while also highlighting the Allston/Brighton neighborhood.

The 12-hour ride is an introduction to the larger concept of a 24-hour bike ride coming summer 2019.

Learn more about the ride in our FAQ.

Open Shop is a free, DIY, bike-maintenance skillshare. We provide the tools and guidance needed to keep your bike working so you can keep riding. Our goal isn't to fix your bike and send you own your way, it's to help you fix your own bike. Open Shop is also a great chance to hang out with your fellow Boston bike riders, trade stories of biking adventures, and share your own knowledge. Don't have anything to work on on your own bike? Volunteers are always welcome at Open Shop, where you can learn by working on one of our fleet bikes.

You can also find us setting up shop at farmers' markets, running workshops complete with all sorts of pro tips, and organizing group social rides to get our community out biking together.
