Welcome to CommonWheels! We are a Do-It-Yourself Community Bike Organization with a variety of programming designed to improve the health and wellness of our fellow Bostonians. Every week, CommonWheels empowers young and old to connect with their community and themselves through the humble bicycle. Check out our calendar to the right for our upcoming events, classes, clinics, and rides. Stay updated on all things CommonWheels by signing up for our monthly newsletter. Open Shop is a free, DIY, bike-maintenance skillshare. We provide the tools and guidance needed to keep your bike working so you can keep riding. Our goal isn't to fix your bike and send you own your way, it's to help you fix your own bike. Open Shop is also a great chance to hang out with your fellow Boston bike riders, trade stories of biking adventures, and share your own knowledge. Don't have anything to work on on your own bike? Volunteers are always welcome at Open Shop, where you can learn by working on one of our fleet bikes.

You can also find us setting up shop at farmers' markets, running workshops complete with all sorts of pro tips, and organizing group social rides to get our community out biking together.
